The Merlot grapes were fermented in Potter fermenters with a pump-over program to extract desired color and tannins. After pressing and malolactic fermentation, the wine was clarified before the best parcels were aged in seasoned French oak. The separate batches were then blended to create the final product.
For serving this wine, it is recommended to be at a temperature between 15-18°C. No decanting time is specified, so it can be served immediately after opening. This Merlot can be paired well with cheese cuisine, sweet and sour Chinese cabbage, and smoked pork dishes.
